Meet Dr.Chih-Jen Wang (O'Fallon, IL)
Dr. Chih-Jen Wang completed his undergraduate schooling at Texas Christian University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and a second in Biology. He furthered his education by obtaining a Doctorate of Optometry Degree from Indiana University – School of Optometry. He has been practicing optometry since 2002 and has been with Crown Vision Center since 2006. Dr. Wang decided to become an optometrist because he just knew that he’d like it! Today, his favorite part is getting to help his patients get what they need for vision care.

Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with Crown Vision! My only frustration has been getting ahol... Show Mored of reception over the phone. When I previously ordered contacts, I never received a message letting me know they had arrived. This time, I was having trouble reaching reception, so I decided to stop by in person. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She took down my information and personally called me when my glasses arrived to make sure I was notified. I really appreciated her going the extra mile! I understand they can get busy, and I believe the communication issues may have something to do with their phone lines or patient intake system. Aside from that, I’ve had a great experience and appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff!
